Wil I be paid out, even when I do not reach my set target amount?

Yes, you will always be paid out, regardless of whether you reach your target amount or not. Reaching or not reaching your target amount has no influence on the costs and also no influence on the payout. You can always change the target amount during the course of your campaign.

If you want to, you can set it up so that donations are no longer possible once the target amount has been reached. You can do this in Settings. But this option is not mandatory.
