Payout - Overview and Administration

Dashboard > Payout

In your Dashboard under Payout, you can see and track the following:

• Donor
• Gross Donation amount
• Date of Donation
• Platform fee
• Transaction Costs
• Payment Method
• Net Donation amount
• Payout Status (Open, Pending and Paid)
• Payout date
• Total amount per payout

The data is continuously updated and can be viewed in your dashboard 24/7.

You can also download an invoice with VAT specification, per payout date, here.

Automatic deduction of costs
Our fee is automatically deducted from incoming donations. So you will never receive an invoice that you have to pay separately.

Dashboard > Donations
We would also like to draw your attention to the Donations section in the dashboard.

In your dashboard, you can manage your donors. Go to Dashboard > Donations.

Here you will see:

• a list of your donors,
• their e-mail address (if they did not donate anonymously),
• the amount donated,
• the date of the donation
• the comment they placed with their donation

Here, you can:

• download a list (excel) of your donors (e.g. to thank them personally)
• delete a comment (e.g. if an unpleasant comment was posted)
