Where to look should there be a disruption to our service

We have done everything possible to ensure that the platform is stable and works seamlessly 24/7.


It may happen that the website experiences a malfunction of some kind. This may be due to a malfunction of the website, but can also be caused by one of the parties we work with. For example, a failure at our hosting partner (Google), at one of our payment service providers (Mollie, PayPal, Payaut) or one of our software suppliers.
