Attest / proof of donation

You can request an Attest or proof of donation statement by contacting the organisor/administrator of the fundraiser.

Please note: You are not donating to the Steunactie platform but to the receiving party or organisor/administrator. Hence they must give you the Attest or proof of donation, not Steunactie. The platform only facilitates the transaction and therefore cannot send an attestation.

Donors do however, receive a donation receipt with the 'thank you' email that is automatically sent with every donation to the donor in question. This is proof that the donor has donated through the platform but is not an official proof from the campaign organizer or organisation behind the fundraiser. 

Please note that we can only send a thank you/donation receipt e-mail if the donation is not made anonymously as with anonymous donations we do not have an e-mail adres of the donor. A donor whom has donated anonymously can still contact the organisor/administrator of the fundraiser by using the contact button which is located next to his/her name on the fundraising page.
