Donors can donate from anywhere in the world with the exception of the following countries:

- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Liberia
- Libya
- Myanmar
- Nigeria
- North Korea
- Pakistan
- Russia (including Crimea)
- Serbia & Montenegro
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Zimbabwe
